Recipe - Jerk Rubbed Pheasant


Jerk Rubbed Pheasant 
  • 2 Tablespoons canola oil 
  • 1 small onion 
  • 2 cloves garlic 
  • 2 Ripe Mangos, peeled pitted and coarsely chopped 
  • 2 Habanero or jalapeño peppers, take out seeds, chop finely 
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 1 cup white vinegar 
  • salt
